Greggs

You know what its like when you're Hank Marvin and not a food shop in sight then ... boom ... the World Famous Gregg's sign suddenly appears. Well this is what happened whilst on my travels.
Tomato soup and a sandwich meal deal + hot drink. Super friendly staff and a shop without the usual sausage roll eating scrotes hanging around outside.

Loved Gregg's when it was baked on the premises but when all the food was made up ,cooked and delivered it didn't taste the same . And what bakery doesn't sell bread and rolls . Sorry but very disappointed in them .

Absolutely brilliant place to work, my colleagues were supportive and great fun to work with, I couldn't have asked for a better first job! Everyone from the team members up to the supervisors and manager are wonderful people and I cannot praise them enough, thank you for everything!

Never any food in stock and food always stone cold

Asked which bag had the vegan steak bake in it (as opposed to the meat steak bake).. the reply was: you'll know when you bite into it. I love a Gregg's as much as the next guy but that was poor service!! I'll just buy them from Iceland from now on. At least it will be hot.

Just popped in to grab my morning sausage roll, as you do. The staff member called if anyone needed help, i walked to the counter and there were a few people standing near her so i couldnt get to her till. She didn't move to the till I was at so I had to shout across and ask if there were any sausage rolls after saying good morning. She completely ignored my kind gesture and checked the cooker and slammed it and replied ''in 20 minutes''. Her attitude was so rude and her body language had me leaving feeling hurt. So i went to the greggs in park wood and that one is a five star!
I understand you may dislike your job and not want to be there but when it comes to customer service we all have to put on a happy face to keep our customers happy and not give them bad energy just because you aren't happy. :(

Cheap, cheerful and tasty. Where else can you get a bacon baguette and a coffee for less than four pounds, served by friendly staff, and get loyalty rewards. Great.

Visited twice in the last couple of weeks.
Both times at about 12.30, so i thought that they would have everything available
Nope ! No vegan slices , no pizza, just a couple of vegan sausage rolls.
Best go to Parkwood as they have a better selection :)
