Tried baguette, banana loaf slice and coffee and they all were average and nothing special. Customer service was okay.

Fantastic selection of fresh sourdough loaves! Like the self-serve arrangement. I normally pick up 2 or 3 loaves a week if feeling too lazy to make my own! I've not yet tried anything else here. I've taken off 2 stars due to very unpredictable till service. One day, all attentiveness and smiles. The next, zero engagement and even once the lady picked her phone to read a text whilst serving me, then started showingit to her colleague? It's lucky the loaves taste so good, otherwise they would have lost my trade a long time ago.

Latte and flat white were bland, milk-ish, so it’s better to get one at Jones, right across the street. The croissant and cinnamon bun were stale, although good in flavor. Might give a second chance, although not very excited about it when having great options a few minutes away.

Shockingly stale and overpriced cakes. The coffee was fine and the setting okay (could be cosier, the tables are lazily arranged and the bakery itself could be decorated more warmly), I just felt sorry for the almost 10 pounds we wasted on two inedible slices of cake. They looked lovely but had the texture and taste of blocks of dry sand, I couldn't believe that it's considered acceptable to sell items like that in a bakery.

This is the only place that charges extra £1 for heating up a pastry even if you wanna take away, just for that reason don’t go here, very greedy!

Service as you would expect, professional. They do a great dairy and soya free chocolate cake (utimate chocolate cake), which has been a life line for me!
