2 more sausage rolls today. If I keep doing this, I'm going to get fat. Must try to walk past, in future. But they are tasty.

Uncooked baguette breads in display !!! Staff are not bothering !!! Very upsetting !!

We were given a lot of attention and good customer service here. We were looking for a vegetarian toastie, and although they had run out of non-meat ones, we were able to find an alternative. All done with a smile and in a very friendly manner.

The staff are very polite and helpful ,but some of the food is a bit expensive, very small portions for the price

They prefer to see long queues rather than put two staff on the till.... so annoying.... one lady on the till and the other lady just pottering about

Customer service is good, and staff members are polite. But shelves always empty, shoplifters stealing food in front of me, but none of the staff members are put much ttention to this. Weird !

Can be empty shelves but staff consistently brilliant. Especially the lady who seems to be there every time I go

The staff are very rude and have no customer service skills. I asked 'are they closing down because there is no food on the shelves?' the female worker replied 'No, there just isn't food and cut her eye.' Dissappointing that greggs have staff working for them who are rude to paying customers and representing such a successful brand. I will not spend my money here again.
