Happy with the vegan options, the vegan steak bake isn't as good as the vegan sausage roll. Friendly staff.

Quite good Gregg's branch. Very clean shop and very polite staff. Being a local gas engineer I start quite often my working day by visiting this Gregg's branch located inside of BP petrol station shop. They sell fresh sandwiches every morning and my favourite sandwich is Roast Chicken Salad Roll.. Highly recommend!

Disaster!! There is never vegan sausage rolls. Then they tell me to wait 15min. I phoned the numerous times, but they never answer the phone. I live 4 min walk away. When i got there, they stand and laugh and talk. Not exactly busy. Why don't they answer the phone????? The worst greggs ever. Could not care less

Bought a hot chocolate and a bacon and cheese wrap. I expected to the wrap to be warm at least but it was cold. I'll think twice before i do that again..

Worst Greggs in the U.K. - There’s never any hot Food ready for the morning rush. They maybe nice people but geez man, if you’re gonna buy a bakery franchise then at least get out bed early enough to get a bake on 🤷🏻‍♂️ - no one wants a cold sausage roll at 6am on a Freezing winter London morning. Get it sorted.

Really lovely people running it and I love the vegan options (though am missing the vegan steak bake!!). If you order a toasted sandwich it's very hot and perfectly cooked. But the stuff in the warming cabinet (sausage rolls etc) is always far too cold and makes those items almost inedible. Could you please raise the temperature of the cabinet?

Worst Greggs yet, customer before me had issues. Charged me for a reusable cup when he couldn't even take my cup to fill it, double charged me for a baguette, rude and well over price because it franchised. 11 for a coffee a breakfast roll, baguette for lunch and sausage roll. Beware of some Gregg's!¡!¡!
