Nicely set up branch, clean and well stocked.

If I'm being a stickler then no staff had any name tags so I could leave them a nice mention.

Ordered chicken steak pie and got sausage and bean despite double checking before collecting from staff. Imagine if I'd been a vegetarian.

Reserved a Too good to go bag this evening. Was greeted by two lovely ladies (Jenny & Holly). Very welcoming & had a nice chat with them. Was provided with loads of lovely goodies yum yum’s donuts, sausage rolls, sandwiches, pasta. Will definitely go back to visit them again. Thanks again ladies :)

Just had a breakfast roll and coffee at the Greggs on 159 Streatham High road. As I’ve sat, completing a crossword puzzle, I’ve listened to the customers and staff talking to each other. I can’t believe how friendly , caring and cheerful everyone was. The staff went out of their way to make people feel welcomed and looked after, and the customers clearly appreciated it! I did, too. It was so lovely to spend some of my morning in such a friendly place. It’s renewed my faith in humankind! Thank you, Greggs - your staff are a great credit to you!

Very friendly staff and their ‘magic bags’ are excellent. Will definitely visit again.

Why is there never any hot pastries available....or sandwiches...morning, noon or evening!! Staff always standing around chatting and closing at different times everyday....confused

There are 2 staff in particular who I see when I visit Greggs who always have a smile on their faces. Food is hot majority of the time which is good. Because no one really wants to be eating cold food.

Definitely my go to place on my break.

Shelfs Empty. I paid for car parking for nothing did even get to purchase anything.

Staff are nice although seems always low on staff and food! Always a huge que with limited food.
