Staff are friendly but the queues are a tad dire, especially if you're on your break. But lately the staff haven't had it easy recently with their PDQ devices not being able to take card payments and no hot breakfast food available in the mornings too.

Terrible service. I was waiting by the pies and chose what I wanted. The girl serving me named Shena said to me rudely “just wait!” When I asked her if I can have a chicken pie. She went on to serve another 2 people and ignored me all together.VERY RUDE!. I walked out and got McDonald’s instead. It’s almost like she was doing me a favour!.

Food is what you'd expect. Service is hit or miss. Always very busy; sometimes a queue outside. Not worth the wait.

You need to open a franchise in the USA, Atlanta needs you!!!
Bought what I thought was a cheese and onion bake and when I bit into it realised it was not. Turned out it was CHICKEN! As a life long vegan eating this could have made me very sick so a half baked apology and giving me what I ordered was minimal compensation for such negligence. At the very least I would have expected a full refund and the item I was supposed to receive.
