The second time, I visited this store and was out of stock of what I wanted. Not a problem in itself; however, both the ladies behind the counter seem unwilling to state when the next batch will be ready unless asked.

Ordered on Too Good to Go and the shop was closed during the pick up time. Seems to be a very regular issue. Maybe take this store off the app?

Greggs is a characterless chain outlet that has somehow become successful by flogging dreary, greasy, unpleasant fodder to satisfy the hunger of the kind of undiscerning people who have no conception of what decent-quality food tastes or looks like. There are plenty of local, independent alternatives offering much more appealing and tasty takeaway snacks at similar prices, so do yourself a favour and avoid buying anything from places like this...

Told me half of my order was missing contact JUST EAT there's no contact number tell me the other half of my food but they cannot send it out joke poor service

I made an order on to good to go. Collection was between 5-5.30 Friday. when I arrived lights were off nobody was in.

The next morning I popped into the store and explained the situation. The two ladies at the counter explained the store closed early and that I wasn't charged. The thing is I was charged, I produced the evidence on my banking app. They then started to shout at me together in a condenscending manner saying I wasn't. I showed the proof that I was.What more could I do.

They were under the impression if you shout at the customer the issue will go away. Very poor customer service here. Zero options were explored after I showed my statement. I Will not use Greggs again.

Purchased a magic bag through to good to go. First time they were closed when collection time came. The second time collection time was 2 hours earlier and rgis time i caught them tiding up. The staff tried to ignore me, i tapped to window, they just guesture to go away and continued to clean once again ignoring me and now the other customers who had come to pick up their magic bags. Eventually with enough banging on the windows a stroppy woman opened the open and said in an irritated manner, we had no food left look, we cant serve you, i wish they wouldn't use the app. I do look inside and although the disnt have much they did have some stock in the cabinets. Then she went to close the door, the other people said what about a refund. She said dont swipe and they wont charge you, that how it works. Which is untrue, because you have to request a refund, or they do charge you. This branch should be closed until the staff have some customer service training.
