The only downside is that service can be desperately slow, especially if you're behind a customer ordering hot drinks and cooked food. A fast service till for pre packed goods would be a great help.

I popped in for a quick coffee this morning the queue was outside, and Henry was the only one serving, 2 minutes later it was my turn his so quick and professional, all the other guys in there are very friendly 👍

This premises is undergoing refurbishment. We live in the above flat. Greggs are using some industrial TOXIC PAINT. My children are getting ill from the fumes. We have developed skin rashes. Made complaint. NOTHING. We are going to MP and the local papers. Please beware the effects of this PAINT.

Have to do a shout out for Oliver who was serving today (I went in around 1420).

Really brilliant customer service given not only to me, but to everyone too.

Staff can be rude does not listen to order's properly

Second time I've had coffee at this establishment and every time the employee yells at customers, it happened to me myself, not a good day, thank you. Employees without education, throws the money in the customer's hand as if it were garbage.

Been a customer of this Greggs branch for years. Staff are always polite and food is good 👍

Extremely difficult to get vegan sausage breakfast rolls. They should have more.
