I love the coffee here and people that work here are cool too. But they NEVER have brown sugar. It's always out of stock and some how have an abundance of white sugar. I told the girl at the till everyone likes a bit of brown sugar 😉

Honestly, Greggs find away to order more Brown sugar or order less white sugar. Please, I can't keep going to Costa after and taking their brown sugar lol

Horrible! I am currently inside where I paid extra to eat-in. I ordered 2 chicken bakes and a coke and he rang it up and I paid before being served. Both chicken bakes were stone cold when he handed them to me. I told him they were cold and asked him to heat them. The reply was…they are not supposed to! I was hungry and accepted them anyway and went to sit. Of the 5 tables that were free, 3 had debris and crumbs, the 4th had crumbs over the banquet seat that left only one usable table. The only positive note - the coke was cold. I won’t be back.

I visit this place every day for the morning coffee and a sandwich. I love the caramel latte here. Today the staff was really rude to me when i ask for which coffee is milkier the flat white or cappuccino and he said i don't know. i bought a flat white and asked him to top it with cream. after receiving the coffee i opened the top to mix it and add sugar there was like a drop of cream in it and even the coffee was not milkier. My point is we are customers, the people who visit your stores daily to start their day with a good coffee spend 5 pounds everyday in your store. so we should be respected. I did not drink that coffee as it was cold, no milk and no cream. it spoiled my morning mood.

In my opinion this is one of the best value franchises out there. Got takeaways tons of times from them. Very reasonable prices and great deals. I love their sandwiches and the bakes are always very tasty. The taste combined with the price means you can’t really complain. Very tasty food at great prices

Worst branch I've ever been to in my life. The lady named Alex is not doing her job by talking. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. Managers are not in the shop. They give wrong or missing product
