Wenzel`s the Bakers

What can I say - yes the food is a bit more expensive but it is also amazing. The shop is spotless the shelvez always look nice and the staff are fantastic.

I love this branch.

I make a special journey for bread Sunday morning to the Romford branch. Oh dear, what a miserable staff member I encountered this morning.
No good morning, threw four rolls into a bag I had to ask for.
Such a shame.

I’ve been having bagels delivered from Wenzel’s for the last few week now through Uber eats.

I’ve always found the food to be well prepared and very tasty.

Very disappointing service today especially as a first time customer. I am always especially polite/friendly as worked in retail for many years and like to be respectful.
Items bought were fairly pricey and not actually very good quality.
In times like these where money is tight and things like this are a treat it makes you think twice about returning.

Love the food in wenzles shame the staff are useless. There never bothered about the customers in store there all more worried about sorting there online orders. No wonder shops don’t last anymore and everything’s online. 3 staff members and waiting 15 minutes to be served. Won’t be going again

I have been coming to buy food from this place almost everyday for months, but this lady Migena have absolutely 0 respect and no manners. She’s like what you what aggressively, no hello or anything just standing there looking at you. Came to buy food left feeling attacked. Horrible will not be coming back ever

Staff are very polite and the bread rolls are the best in Romford. There is so little cream in the Viennese fingers, it’s almost a rip-off. There’s a tiny slither down the middle barely holding the sides together. Very disappointing. Percy Ingle’s does a far better one.
