Really delicious takeaway pizzas! Nice, light dough and generous and fresh toppings. We'll be back!

Excellent little bakery with good coffee and welcoming staff. Nice and clean. Not a lot of seating but there is an area you can lean for a bit, would be nice to have bar stools there.

I've been wanting to visit for a while, since they took over Hayman's in Swanage. Overall I wasn't that impressed (although I want to go back and try the famous Pizza).

Store felt dark, products not that well displayed. But most importantly I can only describe the service as surly.

Having chatted for ages to the previous person, I got a what do you want (when they came back to the counter) and no thank you.

The food was OK, but didn't make me go "YES YES YES"

And finally, because I often do, something that makes me smile. This is not about the place I'm reviewing!

I got a new job at a bakery.
I took the job because I kneaded the dough.

How I Mark
I may mark differently to some other reviewers, some might see this as harsh, others may see it as fair. But here's how I look at it:

5 star - WOW. I want to go back and look forward to doing so. They delivered everything expected and more. The 'more; is normally about the service or attitude of the staff.
4 star - GOOD. They delivered everything I wanted and a bit more. I recommend them and would go back.
3 star - OK. They delivered what I expected, I would go back if I needed to, although don't currently plan on doing so.
2 star - Not very good. I didn't get what I expected and the service wasn't good. I don't recommend this place. I might get dragged back here, although will always try to avoid it
1 star - This was rubbish. Don't go there, I certainly won't go there again. I didn't get what I wanted, the people were unhelpful and I didn't enjoy it in any way.

I recently had some evening snacks made up by the Italian Bakery for the evening of my wedding. Istvan and the rest of the staff were amazingly helpful in advising us and helping organise in the build up to the wedding. And then on the day of the wedding they delivered all the food without any fuss and made it super easy for us. The food was delicious! Particularly the sausage rolls and mini cheesecakes. Thank you!

Would love to give you 5 stars, as the pizzas, chips and burgers are brilliant and with gluten free pizzas too. However let down by the bakery and coffee. The selection of cakes and pastry’s is good, but no gluten free options. Also when ever I have had a take away coffee it’s always been far too hot and can’t drink it for ages. Sometimes I am back home before I can even start drinking it which then feels like a waste of money as I could have made it at home! Turn the heat down on the coffees and have a selection of gluten free cakes and pastries and you will have 5 stars.

Excellent bread especially the large spelt multi seed but unfortunately you have to order the day before as it’s expensive to have on spec on the shelf but well worth it.
The multi seed sourdough is also very good but a bit smaller.
The fresh cakes especially the coffee cake and lemons drizzle is our favourites as home baked.
