Pricey yes but you get what you pay for. Super sandwiches and sublime coffee. Also consistently good. Service can slow down when there’s only one server and your trains in 15mins has forced me to cross the road for my early morning snacks.

The staff looks exhausted. The coffee is not delicious but the sandwich was pretty good. The biggest problem was the toilet was out of service. They sell coffee and they don't provide a toilet?

Fabulous breads, the best croissants in West London, delicious savouries and sweets, and very friendly staff. What more could you ask for from a local cafe/bakery.

A nice and cozy place, love sitting in and doing some work as it’s a chilled atmosphere. Coffee is good and the staff are really polite and friendly 👏

Rude and lazy staff. They refused to put my pastry on a plate despite telling her that I was eating in. Similarly the coffee only served in take away cups. I will not coming back!!

Fall from grace. From the best almond-chocolate croissants in town to stale pastries on Saturday morning. Five years ago when I lived near Laveli, the place was amazing. Best pastries and the yummiest chocolate-almond croissants. Over the last year I went on handful of occasions to the bakery and it was clear to me the quality of the baked good went down. Today though, I was shocked. It definitely was my last visit there. We bought chocolate croissant and two pain au chocolat + two coffees at 10:30AM on Saturday. You’d think, especially on a weekend, that pastries will be fresh, just baked. What we bought was worse than two day old prepacked tesco pastries. The pastries were simply stale ! We couldn’t believe it. The goods definitely weren’t baked today, not sure if they were baked even yesterday. Total disappointment and definitely my last ever visit.
