Greggs

I popped in here to finally try the vegan sausage roll and was not disappointed. It was tasty and the pastry in this branch was browned. I have been into other branches and these have just looked extremely unappetising, as the pastry has not looked very cooked. Great customer service and value for money 😊 they also have a hot to go unit which was stocked with chicken gouzons and potato wedges 😋 very tasty with a selection of dips.

Been using greggs for ages now never had any problems with them staff are always friendly too me and the food is good also .

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because not all their staff is rude. However some have no business working in customer service roles. I arrived today expecting it to be open, it was not. They eventually opened the door just gone 7.45am. I said “sorry, what are the opening hours” (I was waiting outside for almost 10minutes) the rude girl replied, the delivery was late. That was not my question!! She said 7.30. After placing and getting my food, I said, you could see I was waiting outside, whether your error or not or even if you don’t mean it, what would it take to apologise to your customers. The girl looked at me like she was lost.

Always opening late and closing earlier than it should. Rude staff. Must be one of the worst Gregg store around.

Forever slow with minimum availability if any. Focus more on online orders and generally miserable staff.

Came in nice and early this morning around 8am and ordered a breakfast sausage in roll with a small amount of ketchup. The lady that served me was soooo niceee I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name. Lovely small lady she was and really accommodated my pregnancy. Made a lovely start to my morning.

No breakfast sticks at 10.30 bought a beef pasty and that had a spoon of filling in it worst greggs I have ever been to.
