Very good pleasant staff very reasonable prices and very good coffee

Great value for money, but they need to focus more on keeping the place clean. Often quite messy inside, puts me off eating-in. I worry what it will look like in another year.

Sent me someone else's order so didn't get my order

Sat in at Gregg's at Bromley and had a cheese and onion pasty and a cup of tea. Very nice!

Really nice staff, nicely baked! My favourite Greggs.

Came in wanting some hot Sausage rolls on a cold day and the ones on display had been there for 10 minutes. I left to continue my shopping and when I came back 10 minutes + later, the same ones were still there and some were fused together. As I was feeling hungry, I asked if they could put some in fresh as greggs always say that if you ask, their staff would be happy to do so. Unfortunately, they said that they couldn't as they had to use up what was there first. Very disappointing.

Don't know where to start, terrible customer service skills, warm food is always stone cold. Avoid!!

Depending upon your appetite solid sound nourishing foods! Hot 🔥 and cold foods water juice delicious chocolate and non chocolate cakes 🎂 mostly take aways and sometimes eat in store!! Xxx
