Counter staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is nice. Great for grabbing lunch or a cheeky treat. It's popular and busy, so you might not find the best selection left, if you go later in the day.

If I could give zero for customer service I would. Same blonde female has served me twice now and both times incredibly dismissive, enquired about the vegan sausage roll, they don't stock it. I said do many people ask for it? Yes all the time. Can you mention it to the head office? Her response no you can ring them if you want, just rude won’t be returning

Gregg's Sidcup actually warranted an email of commendation for the service received. The gentleman who served me was helpful and cheerful and cheered my day, as well as providing a hot and tasty lunch. The Gregg's chain appears to maintain good standards with a reasonable selection of baked goods. However it was the service which made this visit something memorable.

Went to Greggs 4:45pm on Saturday to get some vegan sausage rolls, there was not enough rolls and despite the shop was almost closing, the member of staff, Bemmy did not hesitate to kindly prepared some fresh ones for us! Her friendliness and professionalism provided us an excellent customer service experience - she is the best!

Very good place to get a sandwich, cake and a coffee. Reasonable priced and products always seem to be consistent in quality.

Staff in this sidcup high street branch can be so rude and unhelpful. I visited this store on friday lunchtime at 1.05pm. An old man in front asked for a sausage roll using a voucher code, but he was told there were no more sausage rolls left. Staff in other branches normally advises when the next batch is available like in 5-10mins. Its up to the customer to wait or not. Elderly man said he didnt mind waiting, but the staff that served him (a lady with glasses) snapped at him there are no more sausage rolls. No reason why its not available at lunchtime hours, but in such unnecessarily rude manner! The man asked for her name, she instantly covered up her name badges, but i did see it as Claira. Would recommend the store with staff training!

Not enough seating, shop is too small should be moved to a bigger site. sometimes out of sandwiches

I do love a good greggs however the staff were very loud in telling each other about there sweaty bits and spanking each other with oven gloves, there is also a very limited selection of pastries.
When i ordered i also asked for a triple chocolate muffin and received a mocca which is very different to my order
