Harrow Cakes

Will never go back there again. I did order a cake for my Baby's Baptism over a month before and paid in full straightaway. A girl that served me took a pictures or a cake I want it and promised me it will look like on a picture.
I did contact them few days before to make sure my cake will be ready for Sunday. I got a message back that they are closed on that Sunday because they have Easter which I did understood but if I wouldn't contact them nobody would let me know they are closed (no notes on the website as well) and I wouldn't have a cake. Very unprofessional.
Cake looks terrible. It meant to be mint colour with pink letters and date. Cake was white with black writting and no date on it. Decorations on a cake looked terrible.
Very dissapointed with a service.
I couldn't talk to anyone because a girl that served me was hidding at the back and didn't want to come out and the rest of the staff didn't speak english. When I complained one of the girls said she will give me mu money back and throw away the cake if I don't like it. This is not the way you treat your customers. Not even a sorry. They were talking to me like it's my fault that the cake looks terrible. Highly not recommened!!!

Shop is empty. There is no one to sell you cakes. You walk in , look around, there is no one....You wait , you call....no one..It's laughable. I should have helped myself with the cakes and go ......LOL

asked for a chocolate wrapped cake and got a cream cake. Asked for 4kg and got 4.7 kg . My birthday was ruined as i specially said i do not like cream .

The cakes as so old that liberally you can break someone's head if you throw it. Hard, full of butter, not even tasty.

Waste of money,cakes have no taste and for sure mine was made 5-6 days ago! Do not recommend to get anything from there!

THEY TAKE ORDERS AND CANT COMPLETE 100% BAD SERVICE
THE OWNERS NEEDS TO GET BACK TO THE BUSINESS AND SORT IT OUT HOW IT WAS THEY USED TO BE VERY GOOD (THIS BUSINESS IS GOING DOWN )

Nice and friendly place I had a lot questions of a couple cakes and they were very helpful and kind 🙂
