Greggs

Just had a southern fried chicken baguette.. they magically managed to spread what was the equivalent of a chicken nugget across the whole baguette.. this was 100% purposely done as it was all placed in small pieces evenly and even on the outer part of the opening as though you would be fooled into thinking it had an adequate amount of chicken, the rest was bread and a few bits of onion.. management!!

Being told that they don't do the free sausage roll with a meal deal for students is one thing but being told they don't do meal deals at lunch time is another. I'd personally not be going back to this particular branch and be going else where. I'm not paying twice the amount for my food when I can get it cheaper else where. Staff were rude. They probably did me a favour anyway because the sandwich looked like it had barely any filling in it. Never had such a negative experience at a greggs before. I'll stick to my local from now on.

Don't bother I grew 15 minutes older waiting to be served. Gave up. Watching the assistant peel pepperoni slices off the pizza because it had too many. Oi I want a stake bake and a cup off coffee! Stop fannying about and serve!!!!!!! Gave up now really hangry hence rubbish review.

Lorry drivers avoid wasted most of my break waiting for 2 sausage rolls she said would be 1 or 2 minutes till there done and than carry on serving customers sausage rolls came out and I stood there waiting useless needs closing down

food is ok, customer services is a bit.....people behind counter were assisting in queue jumping, which was not great :(

The location on google maps for this branch is not correct. Not in Ealing but instead in Beconsfield!

I travel all over the uk and use Greggs on a regular for a hot drink and something to eat. Foods always good and reasonably priced.
Out of all the Greggs I’ve used this one has to be one of my favourites! I guy works there called Robin and he is so helpful and friendly, I’ve been served by him twice over a few months and I’ve left with a big smile! All Greggs should have a Robin🌈 ‼️

Despite being incredibly busy they were very polite and were able to say when more food would be available, also the person serving me liked my American Idiot top so yeah 10/10 would Greggs again
