Greggs

We like their sausage rolls, (as does everyone I know), and their steak bites etc... Very occasional purchase only though. They no longer sell bread but are now a sandwich and snack shop, so I rarely visit.
I understand they are moving into the salad area, and have a Gregg's diet menu ... May be good for some people to pick up lunch for work & an evening meal, if they have no time to prepare or purchase food elsewhere.🤷

We have been over there on a Friday morning between 9 and 10 am,we were served by a lady of middle age,who wasn't paying attention to our order,talking back with the stuff,had to repet ourselves few times and when asked to reheat the ham and cheese baguette have been told another £0.30 for that.That was absolutely disgusting, since when in Greg's you have to pay for the food to be warmed up?!Totally disappointed with Greegs now I'll better go to Macdonalds or Subway anywhere else but not in there.

Didn’t cook enough omelettes for a busy weekend morning, despite three members of staff and being peak breakfast time. Could’ve waited 7 mins but chose to go McDonalds. Along with two other people in the queue…

Excellent coffee and lovely bacon bap all for £2.50, what's not to like?!?

Do not order here from just eat, been waiting over an hour and a half for my order.

Just called the store to see if my order is there. "Your order has been packaged and is ready to go" meaning my order will be cold once it gets to me 2+ hours later!?!?

Give the lady at the till a coffee. I ordered and paid for 4 vegan sausages but there were only two in the bag…

It's like all the other Greggs, but seemingly lack any products?
Twice now, on two different days, I have been in and found the counter devoid of stock except the vegan products. Now, it doesn't take an expert to see, clearly the rest of the products sell very well and the vegan stuff isn't, therefore cut down on that and stock the rest... But hey ho, they seem to enjoy disappointing customers! Consequently, a McDonalds it was instead!

Hatts of to the Staff. They sure know how to treat customers. Well trained staff. I work in the area. There are a lot of others coffee houses and food junction. But I just visit there for the good staff. The place is hygienic and clean. Items on the rack properly placed. No veg and non veg tongs mixed together. Nice place to visit. This is the review this place deserve.
