Great Greggs Branch! Customer Service is excellent and I am always provided with a quick service despite the never ending lunch time queues! Stock Levels are okay for a small Greggs and I am offered a variety of products! The staff members are very kind and friendly and are always cheerful! The branch is always clean and well presented and with the smell of vegan sausage rolls flying around inside your automatically welcome! Prices are good and fairly cheaper than competitors but please Greggs stop raising the prices! I highly suggest that you try the Southern Fried Potato Wedges for £1 you get a huge portion!

I wasn't happy with one particular staff member. She served me twice. She almost throws the change in my hands. Never says thank you. Identification - short Asian, wears hijab.

Excellent food establishment. Very kind helpful and funny staff. The nice short lady with black hair who served me had great customer service skills while under pressure from what looks to be short staff and the other worker the nice young man with a Hackney accent who works there has also great skills. The best Greg's I've ever been too. From one business to another thank you for your great service.

The staff here are lovely but unfortunately Greggs aren't just based on providing a all round pleasant customer service experience.
The issue at this Greggs seems to be consistent as I have visited various time and it has come to my attention that the majority of the savouries fresh bakes I've purchase from this Greggs are stone cold/distasteful.

"As bakers we believe that baking our savouries fresh each day gives customers the best quality savoury. If the sausage rolls and pasties were kept hot after they had been baked, then they would be subject to VAT and the customer would have to be charged a higher price, in the same way that we charge VAT on our hot sandwiches which are kept in a heated cabinet and are subject to VAT." - Greggs F&Qs

If that is the case, I shall be asking the baker before purchasing how long have they been left on the shelf? or no longer purchase from this particular Greggs. Quite frankly, no one wants to eat cold pastries.
