Over priced chain with mediocre quality products. On the odd occasion they do sell anything good ( like the bbq chicken and jalapeno melt) its only on sale for a week, then vanishes never to be seen again. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, but I fear that if it weren't for the fact that it's the closest thing we have to a real bakers locally, I'm sure they'd have gone bust years ago.

Pricing definitely does not match product range or quality. Their granary batch is probably the best thing they sell... Everything else is just a white flour and sugar overload.
The occasional iced bun tastes good but instantly regret it afterwards.

Can only comment on the hot food. Just purchased a pasty and a sausage roll. Sausage roll was absolutely solid, dry and unedible. Its obviously been on the hot plate for hours along with the pasty. Not recommended. Waste of money

As a chain pricing is very high for what you actually get. For what you pay I'd expect something bigger or better quality. Usually below par choice on the make your own sandwich counter and have been very stingy with the filling on several occasions. Puts me off going here for lunch as many other places offer better value for money. Only saving graces are the staff are mostly pleasant and their donuts are nice....but again expensive compared to Gregg's who's are no worse in quality.

Great little bakery with a good selection of bread. Good coffees. Also does fantastic cakes and pastries. Good selection of sandwiches and drinks for lunch too.
