Home Made Bakery

Lovely service as always and tasty and fresh. But please put more than one cake into a bag. I ended up with 6 bags and 6 cakes. I have mentioned it in shop before but was distracted by my son yesterday. Perhaps you could promote idea of creating less paper waste.

This is a small local bakery where you can get daily fresh baked bakery items like cakes like cakes , pastries , cupcakes , etc. The quality of food is ok. However there are no vegan options in the bakery. Also very few Vegeterian options available. The staff is rude and make sure if you wish to eat there to carry your own spoons/fork as they do not have them ! Also they do not pack the cake slices well , ours was just thrown in a paper bag so all the icing stuck to the bag inside ! Entrance is ♿ accessible. They accept card and cash payment.

Bought some bread pudding and I must say was disappointed as was fairly hard and not moist.
Also bought a bloomer and again bread had a very hard crust and the next day my loaf was useless as it fell to bits when slicing.
A very pricey shop but that's Leigh on sea for you.

Nice local bakery. Get there early for the fresh bread as the queues build quickly.

Staff very attentive and friendly, sandwiches are delicious! Can a long queue sometimes but worth the wait.

Amazing, really tasty and delicious food I recommend it. My favourite image the Belgian buns which are stupendous.

Terrible place I would never come here the staff are extremely rude I was rudely spoken to and insulted whilst enquiring about an item in the bakery I was then insulted again for being exempt due to my asthma I wouldn't advice any exempt customers to go to this bakery the way I was spoken to was shocking never in my life have I ever experienced a member of staff who was so rude and abrupt.

Excellent food and lovely friendly staff. Prefer going to Home Made Bakery then a cafe.
