Essie made an absolutely beautiful cake for my parents' Ruby Wedding Anniversary. I asked for a red velvet cake and let Essie's creative mind do the rest! Beautiful flavour, beautiful presentation, fresh raspberries and a sprinkling of dried rose petals to finish. My parents loved it (and the cake didn't hang around for long!) Highly recommended - great quality and super reasonable prices too.

I had the white chocolate and raspberry cake for my birthday - I don't think we've ever eaten so much cake so fast! It was absolutely delicious!
