Really disappointed, the ladies behind the sandwich counter are rude, talk about you to one another as if your not stood there right in front of them. I used to eat here often but decided it’s best to take my money elsewhere. They don’t even greet you, one of them looked at me with silence and awaited me to speak. A little “Good Morning, what can I get you please” is too much too ask? And when they do say it they come over all miserable and depressed. If you don’t enjoy your job, leave. I think the establishment may improve if it wasn’t for the two grumpy ladies on the sandwich counter

I was in search for another coffee shop that opened early. They have a bakery section at the front and a sit down restaurant on the other aide including outdoor seating. Last time that we came to the area, we had their two for one pizza special non Tuesdays which they still have. I had a short wait for my coffee. Staff were apologetic.

Good coffee and lovely cake! Service is usually pleasant and friendly - sadly, not so today with the waitress (not one whom i have encountered on a number of previous visits) being abrupt and quite rude. Two members of staff never smile which is sad. I shall probably not venture there again other than to the bakery.

Very rude staff! They gave me a fridge-cold sandwich and to my “Could you please heat it?” they responded “No, we can’t put it in the microwave. Sorry, I have another client here”. The cheese even has disgusting taste of fridge-stayed. Also, if you take take-away coffee you should go away with the empty sugar packs and stick with you, because you have no where to throw it away and the staff doesn’t even pay attention to you and are talking on the telephone.
