When visiting Ormskirk it is a must to visit Greenhalghs, there bread is always lovely and fresh, their cakes and pies very tempting. We buy their potatoe cakes which you can freeze, they are lovely. Their mince pies are also very nice. The shop I always clean and the staff friendly and helpful

We use the Ormskirk branch of the bakery and the quality of their food never fails. Their bread, soup, sandwiches and cakes are to die for. They're fresh and worth that little bit extra. You get what you pay for. The shop staff are very pleasant and will go the extra mile. We are regular customers.

On an impulse I went into Greenhalghs today as I was passing and decided to buy cakes, what a great descisoon that was, I bought 2 long jam and cream doughnuts and both my mother and I thought they were the best doughnuts we’ve ever had, in fact it may become our regular once a week treat, well done, lovely shop

Went here last week. Never felt so rushed in my life to buy something. And the staff where rather rude well two of them anyways.
Over priced for what it is.

3 of us walked in ( we're a family) and the rather assertive man behind the till was rushing us ordering 2 of us to leave because apparently only 2 people are allowed ( there's no sign outside informing customers of this) we asked If their potato cakes are vegetarian and instantly he said 'yes' leaving us doubtful he also offered no ingredients list . The woman who actually served us I think was trying to listen to us in Ormskirk from Australia as she just couldn't hear a think we said and when she asked if we wanted a bag the answer was yes and she just stood there . We won't return
