Ordered through Just Eat. Completely wrong order delivered. Missed so much of the order. Put in an apology note saying they've had to miss things out and replace with similar items. So, you could make a black coffee, but not a cappuccino? You didn't replace the cappuccino with anything! You could make 2 breakfast baps, but not 3? You didn't replace that bap with anything! Makes zero sense. Very disappointing. Can't even get in touch with you to discuss how this even happened!

Visited Aug2022. Simple straight-forward bakery that offers breakfast menu and light lunches. The breakfast bap is to behold (knife & fork provided).

I only had a coffee this time but have been before.
The staff are helpfull , polite and professional,, and the grub is great too .
They do just what it says on the tin.

generally not bad food, but for the price I expect way more and at a better standard. One of the best places to eat in Hatfield, still not worth the money you'll end up shovelling out. Greggs is just as good and nearly half the price.

A large cappuccino wasn't that large to me and a bacon and sauce roll in seeded bin cost me £8.75! That is too expensive for me, but it's only once and I had to go some where as I had a quick break.
Staff friendly and service was good. Place was clean and tidy but it was only 10am on a Sunday.

My experience at this bakery was the worst. I ordered a croissant and the worker placed it onto the counter which was so dirty (contamination). When i addressed her about it kindly she rolled her eyes and did not apologise and continued to gossip with the other worker.
Furthermore, the table was unclean and had equipment on it. I had to get rid of this myself.
I continued to order a toastie and it was delivered without cutlery.
Im very unhappy with the service in this place and will not be returning

Probably the best bakery ever. I've tried their rainbow cake, carrot cake, chocolate fudge cake, jam donut, cupcakes, cheese straw and mocha coffee, and I'm never disappointed. Highly recommended.

The best bakery ever! Tasty food, friendly staff, and lovely place to spend time.
