Absolutely useless!! 5 consecutive visits over the last three weeks to purchase breakfast baguette and on each occasion they were unable to provide all the products that go into making the breakfast baguette. Went there this morning at 10.20 and no baguettes at all. Two kids serving one a trainee and the other should have had a trainee badge. Surely if they are going to advertise products as available until 11.00am then they should at least make sure they have the products to supply it and the staff to prepare it

The staff are rude and unhappy every morning the food is getting colder every time we stop there mornings there is 10 of us that stop there on our way to work but if something doesn’t change we will all goes else where

Love the sausage rolls and belgium buns. Great tea too at more than reasonable prices. In my opinion, sensationally better than any Costa, Starbucks or similar over rated shops.

Rang them to say I was running late to collect a too good to go. They told me no problem they will leave it with the service station tills which is where they are located. Got there for him to say I have to come back tomorrow. They should have just said that on the phone. As I wouldnt have bothered going there. Waste of my time

Bought 3 hot pies/bakes. Got to job before opening the bag. All were fridge cold. So disappointed. Wont be back!
