One of the worse places in existence
The food is always cold
The customer service is basic borderline rude
How these guys continue to sell cold pasties with dreadful flavour I had a sausage and cheese and bean melt
Wasn't worth getting for free let alone charging over a quid for a cold bland boring pasties

It is a nice change to find a greggs where the food is always hot

I find the staff friendly and having enjoyed breakfast and lunch from this store, it's always been well prepared and warm when it should be. Although when planning the store, it seems the parking was poorly designed making it difficult to get into certain spaces when busy and the carpark entrance leaves much to be desired. Terrible considering it's a fairly new facility with little pedestrian paths etc in the area.

The customer service from the lady who served me today at about 10:55am is an absolute asset to the company. Just fantastic service. Great communication, friendly and overall nice person.

On the smaller side, and the wedges run out very fast. Unfortunately they don’t restock them. Fair and fine I hold fault for not getting there as soon as they are out but you know what I mean. Over all great staff. Great service. Great Greggs. Just restock things abit more 🤦🏾‍♂️
