Run out of sandwiches at 12.30 on a Saturday. One member of staff was quite rude, as I was enquiring about if my vegan sausage roll was vegan add in a normal bag. She says obviously and then move. It's not obvious to someone who doesn't eat meat, hence the question.

I have been getting a black Americano here for a couple years now never disappoints lovely staff work here

Rude staff and they ran out of sausage rolls at 2pm.

Good value, but they sometimes still put the ketchup on top of the sausage and bacon in a baguette which make a right old mess in the paper bag. Other stores put the sauce directly in the baguette prior to the fillings which is a much better idea.

2nd time in a week I've been in here and a certain lady says "Is that it" when I simply buy a steak bake but it feels more like they're struggling financially and don't appreciate smaller orders. Yes that's it because otherwise I'd ask for something else and it feels rather patronising understanding the same tone plus I work In the food industry myself.

May I suggest maybe asking customers "is that everything for you?" Or if a promotion is on informing customers this just comes across far politer. I know it'd only £1.80 which is quite alot its 2022. But it all adds up.

Nothing personal I'm weight conscious and athletic so don't find feeling pressured to order more just to keep staff more enthusiastic.

Food from the glass counter is never warm, always luke-warm; cold enough that you'd be unwise to take a breath between bites thinking you have the time to do so before your chicken parcel is unpleasantly chilly.

I had never tried a greggs before and I loved it, I will repeat for sure, I recommend trying the cheese and onion bake, breakfast baguette and mocha coffee.
