Tried this cakery for the first time and definitely going back again for more!!! We chose the 4 for £10 selection ( biscoff flapjack/kinder bueno slice/oreo blondie/biscoff blondie) and they are all very yummy 👌🏼👍🏼

Usually i love this place but on the last 2 occasions I've visited the cakes I've brought home have been really stale

It well set out ,lots of cakes, buns and biscuits on show look delicious. Also foreign crisps drinks, cookie, mixers and lots of other things inside the shop. It's a little expensive but it's worth that little bit more for quality, star for lovely lovely atmosphere ,

Amazing tasting cookies and cakes - Very good customer service, they walked me through which items were vegan, gluten free or contained nuts which is very refreshing. Would highly recommend

Very disappointed with my afternoon tea. I had difficulty ordering as the lady who answered the phone didn't know how to order it. When it was collected they had provided the wrong sandwiches and therefore I had to go back to the shop and wait for the correct sandwiches to be made. Then when I got home all the brownies and blondies from the 5 teas I ordered were missing. I could not drive another 1 hour round trip to get them as had guests arriving. All I was offered was a £15 refund not even nearly enough to cover the cost of replacing the brownies and blondies which I had to do locally. They said it is because they have taken on new staff - this has massively effected their quality and customer service. Will not be going back.

Ordered a cake over the phone. Whent in to pay for it 2 weeks in advanced may I add and only had a £50 note which is how much the cake was and they refused to take payment. Now I don't know what the cakes are like but the customer care is totally shocking. The man who I spoke to had the attude I can take what ever payment I like!!!! Let's just say I didn't place the order
