Me and my brother are regular visitors here and it never disappoints. 100% recommend their sausage muffin and coffee along with their amazing bakery selection 🥰

I am disabled and I went to eat here today as I was very hungry and was passing in my car. I am disabled and find it very hard to walk far so I wanted to park near to the door. I then got to the shop to find the disabled bags outside the shop has been taken up by picnic tables. So inconsiderate and you should be ashamed of yourselves. If you like selfish inconsiderate owners this is the food shop for you !

High quality bread, cakes and sandwiches to purchase and really fine coffee. I love everything about your shop, thanks!

Amazing shop. Love all their products. Lardy cake and muffins are so delicious! Definitely would recommend.
It is a small shop with a few sitting outdoor and indoor.
Best to go early as they tend to sell their bread fast.

Having travelled to Lichfield on Sundays for as long as I can remember, I refreshingly visited on a Saturday instead. There is so much more hustle and bustle on its picturesque, historic streets. Bore Street felt as busy as Bird Street. Why? Amongst other things, Bore Street Bakery was open. The numbers of folk in the queue at 10 in the morning reflected its popularity. I used a good dose of self discipline to stop myself buying one of its many artisan bread goods. On full view from the shop window were different types of loaves ready to tempt the taste buds.
I opted for a coffee. Given the ease in lockdown restrictions, I was given the pleasure of sampling the coffee on a bench outside. What a beautifully crafted coffee, with fine latte art delivered in a equally beautiful cup. I was happy as a pig rummaging for truffles in the sun.

Absolutely love this place. The Walnut sourdough is fantastic and the egg custard tarts are the best I've ever had. It's almost dangerous that this business is in the same location as my daily work route.
