Capitalism at its best. What a dump, very few tables, and then they have the audacity to charge extra to sit in. Won't be stopping here again.

So I'm a lone traveller, with a tiny dog. I need the toilet desperately. The toilet is a couple of yards from the door. I nip in dog tucked under my arm. I go in the toilet and am just about to go in the cubicle when in storms this young woman shouting at me. I try and explain I'm in my own and can't leave the dog in the car, but she is enjoying the sound of her own voice and the drama of marching an old woman out of the toilet. How hard would it be to extend a kindest and just let someone use the toilet. It clearly made her day all large and in charge. If stopping someone having a pee is the highlight of your day you really need to have a look at yourself. Dreary, charmless and stupid. There is no reason why dogs can't be in the seating area of a restaurant, as long as they aren't in the food preparation area.

Possibly the worst Greggs I have been to. Hot food was served cold and when I asked if it could be warmed up I was told no. I reiterated "its stone cold" and was met with the reply "it will be". Tied to the filthy seating area and the flies crawling around the food, sorry, its not great!

Typical Greggs with friendly helpful staff, located in a convenient position just off the A303 close to Yeovil. A life saver on that day.

Quiet services on a busy day. Friendly and cannot beat a Gregg's sausage roll and cup of tea!

Stopped at the services on the way to Cornwall for a family toilet stop and breakfast. Despite it being very busy (Burger King was closed), the queue moved quite quickly. I wanted sausage rolls but couldn't see any on display but the lady serving me said if I didn't mind waiting about 10 minutes I could have some. They only took around 5 minutes. I also ballsed up my wife's coffee order which the lady serving was help to sort out after I was served, even though she was very busy! Overall, great service
