Fabulous little bakery, jackfruit pasties are to do die for! Foccacia is light and fluffy, the Black Iris boule is lovely and dense in flavour, the flaky croissants and cruffins and turnovers.. Oh its all just amazing. And Baz the Baker is such a lovely friendly guy.
Get there early though.. People are queueing 10 deep by the time he opens in a Saturday!

Plenty of parking for the not quite a pop up shop. Good selection of bread. Chilli sourdough is very popular. Vegan sausage rolls, apple turnovers, eccles cakes. Check out the facebook site for opening times.

The best sourdough and foccacia IN THE LAND. This bread is incredible. We like to keep our freezer stocked ready. I love Baz's ethos and products. Support a small, local and fine business. You will not regret it!

We love Bake Off & Pie. Baz bakes the most amazing sourdoughs. Delicious vegan sosage rolls and the cronuts are to die for... Baz is awesome too.

Eccles cake??? Looks great. Taste was good. But barely any filling and too much pastry (pastry:filling was 90:10 inside). Also charging full price for what seemed like day old cakes at a Sunday “farmers market” is not cool. Chocolate twist and croissants also tasted good but just seemed old/stale. Disappointed.

The culinary highlight of my day, the best Eccles Cakes I’ve ever tasted. Beautiful pastry, filling top notch. There’s a reason why the queue is really long at this stall. Nobody else bakes as well as this, delicious.

Great guy with amazing products. Really dedicated to his craft. The chilli sourdough and Eccles cakes are unbelievable and worth writing home about! Can't recommend enough
