I come in to Greggs this morning as I do most mornings and was served by a lovely lady with short brown hair, very polite and friendly.. there was 3 other ladies also on the shop floor 2 of which were serving. Whilst waiting for my coffees the other 2 ladies had finished serving there customers and started discussing something to do with work when the other lady Jess I think her name is? (Slim tall lady) decided to have a massive go at 2 of the other ladies telling them she is going home because all they are doing is standing around talking (when she had only just appeared again when they had finished serving and started talking) in front of other customers and said it so loudly that people were able to hear it. This isn't the first time this has happened but it really shocked me today to think a member of staff could talk that way to other staff in front of customers. Not very professional at all!!!

Always full as always greggs. The places is strategic in city center. The chocolate & mocha were out of stock when I ordered.
