Compared to the other Greggs in Norwich this one is a bit of a letdown. Four seats, and the tables are usually dirty so try and avoid them. Food is the same at least though, good selection just sometimes a little bit overdone for my personal liking.

The food is good but inside the store is so dirty, the need massive deep cleaning ... you can’t sit and eat like this

As per usual we knew exactly what we were going to get. The staff are all cheerful and friendly. We have been in this branch a few times now, and although wouldn't say we are 'regulars the staff seem to remember us. We have had quite a lot of things from the Greg's menu over the years and so far haven't found anything we don't like. The food is always fresh and they use a good quality coffee.

Very good. It is what it is. Simple, cheap but good food, freshly cooked. Excellent sausage rolls & coffee. And the one where I was, on St Stephens Street , excellent staff.

I once bought a sandwich here, and it was awful.

Just paid for a stone cold chicken bake... The word "bake" would suggest it should be at least Luke warm.
The only thing was about this place is the coffee.
Go to ANY OTHER Gregg's...

I'm of fond of greggs really. That said the snack I had there was OK, even for the money spent. As I said I'm not really fond of Greggs so that's actually high praise...
