it was a cold rainy day and I went in to see there were no pre-bagged sausage rolls. Zach the staff member said they could do the 4 sausage roll deal from the warmed ones and that I could mix between vegetarian and meat. Very useful to know. He greeted with great positive energy and helped make a cold day feel warmer. Plus as it was raining he suggested double bagging the rolls put in a paper bag so that hopefully I could make it to my car before the rain got to them. I liked his suggestion and found him very helpful. If you do employee of the month I vote for Zach. My dog and I shared the sausage rolls and they were still warm when I got home. Thank you

A little corner shop Gregg’s selling exactly what is expected. Hot fatty baked goods, sandwiches and cakes.

A couple of drink fridges and a tiny table.

It’s a busy little place through the day as people grab a lunch snack.

Food quality is a good or bad as you expect but either way you will never stay healthy with any of it.

Literally everytime I order from here they mess up the order. They then do not refund missing items or incorrect items. They say oh I must take it up with Just Eat but Just Eat only collect the parcel the driver has no way of knowing whats in the bag as its sealed. Dishonest to say the least. Avoid avoid avoid... there should be bigger consequences for Take Aways that get paid in full but send out half orders. It's a form of theft! If any other industry did it then would get into trouble.

The cake are nice but the pastry is always oily..

Not the best, used my xmas voucher card, was expecting my cheese and onion bake to be hot as i was eating in. Would have been a 15 minute wait fo a steak bake.Kettering Town Center branch

All too often you do not have hot sausage rolls, mostly they are just about warm. Went in at 8.30am for some, asked if they were hot, told they come out the oven at 7.30am. therefore not hot. Went to other Greggs in the Newland centre. Much the same

Never got anything, never have any vegan options at lunch time, no tomato soup, no wedges. Not inclusive at all towards non meat eaters, been like this the last 3 times I have visited. Staff seem to just grunt “I don’t know” & “try telling the company that” absolutely poor and I’m sick of it, will not even try my luck again in any of the Kettering town stores. The one at Telford way is good and the Wellingborough store in the petrol station is excellent. The Kettering town ones seem to always be well below the standards that the other national stores demonstrate. The staff always try to avoid accountability and on all issues raised by pointing at senior management, the one at the petrol station in Kettering is also abysmal. It is a shame that Kettering has 4 stores and only one of them is good. Very ironic not having anything ever considering they are right by the national distribution centre.

The food at greggs is always good, but that’s not what made my experience today. The staff here are a credit to the company, especially Mia who went above and beyond for me and really made my day. Thank you Mia x
