Greggs

Morning service takes ages at this one. Waited in a queue longer than it took to eat my breakfast, 15min waiting, I've seen 3 employees but only one was serving, one was working through the back another was putting stock out while queue of people going to work for 7:30 getting bigger and bigger. My last breakfast at this Reggs.

Staff with the twisted face made me feel bad for saying morning to here was scared to ask if the sausage rolls were warm ..... they were not.. horrendous customer service

Nice staff but the foods always cold

Long story cut short: avoid! Terrible attitude and rubbish customer service.

Every time I decide to give it another chance I'm suitably disappointed.
Staff rude and obnoxious. Even when there's a huge queue in the morning staff will ignore this and continue with one person serving even although there are at least four staff working. Often see disgruntled people leaving before they get served. Disgrace.

Food is good although disappointing so much has been discontinued by Greggs over the years. This particular branch can be slow getting served as normally only one person on the till, even at 6.30am I waited 10mins. Can be difficult to get a parking space sometimes.

The slowest service I've ever experienced in any Gregg's ever. Painful. Delayed our trip by 20 minutes to get a coffee. Skip it and go elsewhere if you value your time.

Was in there yesterday, seems most of the staff are adhering to Covid recommendations with face coverings etc. Except the server behind the till using her mask as a chin warmer. She shouted over the partition ‘Only 3 customers allowed in the shop’, spittle going all over the touch screen till. Then she uses her fingers on the till then prepares customers food. Her hygiene practices leaves a great deal to be desired.
