Popped in yesterday around 12.00. Ordered a steak bake and hot drink. Went to "collection point" for server to push my coffee through shield. Asked for my steak bake, replied with I put it here. Ok sorry and thankyou. Upon exiting supervisor/manager said omg you can't help some people!! Quite rude not very good customer service. Why have screens and a collection point if your not using them!

The new mc Donald's of the high street always have my meal there really good value for your money plus all those yummy cakes they have built up a great British business

Awful, nothing on display ready to sell, big que I ask any pizzas? We've out none in same with sausage rolls..... not sure what they were planning to sell

Customer service was poor. Huge queue of people and only 1 person serving food! Many people left as their wait times were ridiculous.
They need two on the tills at peak times
