Greggs

Food is good standard Gregg's but the service is terrible. So understaffed. There's usually one person serving while one other person potters about out back. It's not unusual for the queue to be out of the door. If your on a half hour lunch break and people ahead of you are ordering coffee your done for.

In my opinion the best Greggs there is! Mainly because I worked there but the staff there always try their best.

I see other reviews saying they are under-staffed which is true, but this cannot be helped as there are a lot of parents trying to provide for their kids and Greggs only offers 16/20 hour contracts for regular team members (which is why I had to leave eventually)

Staff always try hard despite setbacks they cannot control e.g delivery being late, delivery not turning up at all and other problems that can arise with customer service.

Food always baked to perfection!

Remember Greggs food is not a hot counter guys! Cut them some slack! Otherwise you'd get taxed as it's the law! ''Freshly baked'' is how it goes! :) If you can wait 15/17 mins ring the shop and ask for some to be put in :)

No bread at 1400hrs, no baguettes either and none available for a freshly made one either. Always the same in the afternoon. I dont know why they stay open after lunch time

Love greggs and this is my local store always n8ce in there the staff and helpful open early even on Sundays so love that will run in morning get it fresh while fully stocked .have noticed that they havnt changed their selection of cakes for a while and might have to consider this to keep up with what's out there today its getting a bit monopulous now other than that great greggs store miss tje women that were too but the men doing a great job

Like the effort made due to covid but people need to respect others space at this period. Greggs have put a notice up for only two people in at a time. The guys serving here are great.

Absolutely love going here my favourite greggs, the staff are amazing soo chatty and very bubbly always puts a smile on my face!

Greggs is greggs, quick cheapish food. Good coffee.
