Gerrards (North Wales) Ltd

Today was the first and last time that I will visit Gerrards unfortunately . I found the service extremely poor, the attitude of Linda and Sian was vile. Despite being nothing but pleasant they were rude, clearly had no manners and slammed my order on to the counter top.
Manners cost you nothing, lack of has cost Gerrards a paying customer and an extremely poor review.

Food is excellent pity about the service, I have had the food from Mold, but the service in Buckley, I did not even wait, service was shocking. It was a Thursday; I did not even get served to busy having the staff private conversation.

Absolutely shocking ordered a pastie found my self waiting four days. By the time I got the grub I looked like I was going to dry up like a raisin. I then proceeded to order a water. I was then unpleasantly surprised by the fact I waited a further three days for the water. I have to say the biggest let down was there was no tomato sauce and that brings me to rate it to 4/5 stars.

Dont even deserve 1 star, visited today, lady serving well!!!😖 asked for cheese toastie, NO TOASTIES! ok asked if they had chips? Replied in grumpy voice Yep! And then just stared at me! No manners, no customer service, wont go in again.

Rude staff, not the manageress, inappropriate comments made like "what time do u call this "and its only 2pm in afternoon. Shuts cafe off at back cannot use the toilet coz she's cleaned it. closes cafe at 3pm. Very rude comments been made as she's behind the counter. Needs to be re trained or sacked. No one goes there now coz of her. Most go to mold.ive been going there for years. Turns customers away and Her tone of voice is rude and sharp.

Gerrards cafe re - opened this week. Seating is limited to accommodate social distancing, menu as normal, plenty of hand sanitizing available, track and trace in operation.....also, half price on sit down meals until the end of the month.

There is absolutely nothing I didn't like about Gerrard. Its full of yummy things to eat.

Lovely staff, really nice coffee and bacon butty here will be back
