Staff training on hygiene and food handling required. Observed server rub his eyes repeatedly and face then serve. Wasn’t concerned as usually tongs are used… unfortunately he had to handle my pizza slice to get into box. Flatly denied it when challenged. I suggested he just throw it in the bin as I won’t be eating it. Had paid for it. No refund. Now hungry…. I would invite the management to check the CCTV back. Everything occurred as I described. Such a shame as food is usually good here hence 2*.

Actually sat in and had a great tasting pastry, freshly baked. Handy parking outside too.

Worst customer service I have ever known in a Gregg's. The hobbit-like lady behind the counter absolutely hates humans and has zero skills on how to deal with the people that visit daily and help pay her wages. If there were other options for breakfast that early, I would never use this place again. Horrible woman!

Even though it was super busy, it was not a long wait. Very polite and efficient.

Always so slow no matter how long the queue is. Shocking getting slower which I thought impossible

Queuing for 20 mins. Always busy first thing in the morning. Why don’t you have more staff on the checkout???

Great bakery on the A48 at the top of town on the old 'Larkfield' garage site! Food always consistent and good and it's always busy.

John the team leader is always so enthusiastic and I love his overall welcoming vibe he brings off. Give the man a pay rise!
