Really lovely staff. Even though my kids kept changing their minds. The eclairs went down a treat.

Extremely rude male member of staff decides to take whatever was bothering him out on me yesterday....why? Because I asked why he heated up the food of the customer in front of me but wouldn't heat up mine.
He just barked at me when I queried what the difference was "She has a toasty".....common sense tells you if it's policy NOT to heat up food for H&S reasons, surely that's applicable to ALL food. I sincerely hope he wasn't the manager because I'm sure he's not the kind of person HO want frontline, supposedly being an ambassador for their brand.

The staff here are great (and I've witnessed them be on the receiving end of rude customers quite often) but they're always pleasant. And the food etc is always good.

One of my fav Gregg's stores. Staff here are great. Always got time for you. Regular customer so got to know the staff a bit. Great gang.

The lady called Mia was very rude and wasn’t polite at all. She wasn’t very friendly at all she needs re training on customer service skills.

I ordered the coffee and pizza,they said 6 minutes by the time went to pay the car park. When I return the lady was cleaning the coffee machine. She forgot my coffee when I asked her she said sorry we run out of milk. I told her I ordered with the pizza then she put the cup while it’s cleaning fill it up and she gave me the coffee. When I open the coffee cup she said it’s flat white. I order the cappuccino,I can see clearly it was washed out water and the left over milk inside the cup. Disgusting 🤢 so rude. The guy in the shop was behaving like I was asking free food from him horrible people. I don’t want to give even this one star ⭐️ there no option for that 🤮🤮🤮🤮
