Warrens Sandwiches

Went into Warrens Bakery new cafe in cwmbran town earlier today with one of me dsughters ordered 2 toasted tea cakes & coffee.
Coffee was very good thank you however neither my daughter nor I coukd eat the oh so stodgy yellow tea cakes that were dripping with butter.we left them uneaten a waitress was good enough to come over and ask why we had left them so I told her that they were awful.no refund or even part refund.
Staff were friendly and helpful coffee was good but teacakes were woeful.
How do you mess up a tea cake?
