Terrible customer service received from what seemed to be the shop manager. Have bought a yum-yum which clearly was uncooked however she could not quite accept it or to at least apologise for the inconvenience. Moreover she turned her back on me.

Considering I've only been 3 times in this shop, each time I bought something there were issues with my food.

1. Bought a ham sandwich, to find out there was no ham in it. Returned to the store within a minute but the manager was rushing to give me a refund, but instead I asked for some ham as I wasn't after my money back.

2. Asked for a yum-yum to find out at work I was given a chocolate flapjack.

3. Asked for a yum-yum however this was clearly uncooked as it was clearly fresh dough all over.

I am not normally a person to give negative feedback, but 3 out 3 times I used their services was lacking on respect and have been served inadequate food.

Went in to lord street today, customer service was zero, my mother is 79 and asked for a tea cake it came not toasted at all, my mum asked the girl to do it more and her attitude was disgusting she came back and threw the plate at my mum, would never go here again staff are always screaming and shouting and talking amongst themselves, very disappointing customer will never visit again.

Poor service. Staff would do better serving waiting customers than gossiping amongst themselves.
Went elsewhere.

Called in here today with elderly deaf mother the assistant behind counter was so rude .

Very poor customer service. No notices on where customers are to wait being served. Consequently I was told to sit down indoors when we intended to be sat outside. And wait I did, and waited and waited without any further acknowledgement. 10 minutes later, I left and informed the person with who was outside waiting we would go elsewhere. Patronage means nothing nor does being valued as a customer. I have no hesitation in saying I would not recommend this establishment for the sheer ignorance of its staff.
