Lovely cakes. Plenty of staff at lunchtime so the service is quick unlike some Gregg's. They do always ask if you are taking away though, hoping that you say no so that they can sting you a few quid extra for using there chairs .

Thoroughly enjoyed my quick visit to Greggs last week. Asked the helpful lady behind the counter if I could have 2 Pepperoni Pizzas. She happily obliged and proceeded to prepare my order. When i questioned why she was packing cheese pizza I was met with the response “We don’t have any pepperoni pizzas at the moment, only cheese”. I was blown away by the customer service as she saved me the trouble of informing me and saved me having to think for myself and decided I would be happy with cheese pizza instead. She was so helpful I could just about out a smile hidden behind her scowl. Can’t wait for my next visit of Greggs roulette. Ps, there were no eclairs.

Absolutely terrible greggs worst one I have been too I went there for breakfast ifor a massive order £20 worth and most of it was wrong or missing and the staff were rude I tried to use my app to scan and it didn’t work and the member of staff she looked about 22 with brown hair just looked at me and said there’s nothing I can do absolutely useless

Foods usually hot, occasionally ive had almost cold sausage rolls. Flat white coffee is worst ive ever tasted. Its awful.
