Great bakery, friendly staff and quick service. Great selection of foods and pleasant experience. Definitely worth the visit whilst in Brecon.
My only gripe is if I ask if something is warm, don't really want to see a member of staff check by putting their paws on the food I'm about to buy, a simple yes or no would be sufficient 🙏

Consistently excellent. The sandwiches are delicious and you can custom order. Over the winter they do the best carvery rolls around. The kids plague me to stop every time we are in Brecon and everyone has to have a cream cake of some sort.

Pricing is very reasonable. 4 sandwiches, 3 cream cakes, a brownie and 2 bottled drinks came to just over £20 or about £2 per item. Much better value than a supermarket meal deal.

Parking can be an issue here but there are disabled spaces outside. You may have to circle a few times but a space usually opens up fairly quickly. If you absolutely want to park without fail, use the county car park next to Morrison's supermarket (chargeable) and there is paved/drop kerb access through Bethel square then past St Mary's Church.

The best sourdough I have ever tasted. A coffee choux bun the size of my face. Great selection & great staff, 1 of the highlights of our visit.

Fantastic little bakery. Really nice bread in the sandwiches, and scones with very generous fruit. Decent vegan options, only no sign of Welsh cakes :( Well worth a trip for lunch if you’re in the town.

What an awesome bakery. We stumbled across this on a hunt for a tasty lunch and made a special return trip back to Brecon for a second lunchtime treat as it was so good. Delicious pastries with lots of veggie and vegan options, and the cakes are out of this world (apple and almond slice / raspberry and cream turnover highly recommended). All made on site (I asked!) and great customer service.

My partner and I treated ourselves to vegan pasties from this bakery on a recent visit to Brecon. They were absolutely delicious, much more enjoyable than the ones sold by a certain national chain of bakeries. The pastry was light and was stuffed full of vegetables including butternut squash which made a nice change. We thought that they were well worth 2 pounds. The lady who served me was very nice too and I didn't have to wait ages to be served.
