Outstanding customer service! We were travelling to Norfolk for a long weekend away to celebrate my mums 60th birthday and we wanted to make it special. I contacted Claire about doing some balloons and Claire honestly went above and beyond. Not only did she create some beautiful balloon displays but she also hand delivered them to our holiday home making the whole process so easy. Most importantly my mum absolutely loved them and the rest of the family commented on how beautifully done they were.

I was celebrating a lockdown birthday by having a Zoom party with friends and wanted something to create a party atmosphere that would be visible on my screen during the Zoom. I described to Claire the kind of thing I was after and a colour scheme and she put together something brilliant. Contactless delivery on the day with instructions on how to look after the balloons and dispose of them safely etc. I would highly recommend Claire and will be using her again. Thank you!
