First Flight

It was a great flight. A lot of fun. Nik and his team did a great job and are wonderful people. They have lots of knowledge on this and are very happy to share. Its really worth it.

Did the trip more with my wife few weeks back from Ashton court and would definitely recommend them.

One of the most amazing experiences of my life. I was given a private flight as a present from my partner. From start to finish Nick and Steve were amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Booking in the time to fly was really easy and Nick was a pleasure to speak with. We have to reschedule a few times due to the weather but that was no problem at all as Nick wanted us to have the best experience possible. I was nervous to go up but both Steve and Nick reassured me. The flight was incredible with amazing views. Very smooth sailing. At the end of the flight we had a glass of cava together just to top the whole experience off. Down to the last detail it was a fab experience. Could not recommend this company enough. Thank you both!

Nick and his team were lovely. It took a few changes of date to get a calm enough evening to fly but they were helpful in texting to let us know. On the day they explained everything clearly as to how we can help get involved and I felt at ease (even though I'm slightly afraid of heights). Take off was smooth and landing was perfect, with the sunset and a surprise glass of bubbly at the end. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

An amazing experience! Nick and Nigel were really friendly and helpful on the phone when I had some queries. They were able to sort out a flight very quickly after I bought a voucher for a gift. I think I purchased in March and we flew in May.

The prices for different companies are pretty similar, but I went with First Flight because they seemed smaller and more friendly, which was right! Other companies seem to have strict booking requirements but Nick and Nigel were more relaxed and just wanted to make it work. The baskets are smaller than other companies too, so it feels like a more intimate experience.

The actual trip was perfect. We were given clear instructions around safety, friendly chat and information while up in the air, and a smooth landing. Once we landed we helped pack up which was fun, then had a glass of fizz in the field before being taken back to where we started at Ashton Court.

A magical experience I would recommend to everyone

Bought a gift voucher for parents. Process was easy, Nick was helpful. My parents loved their balloon flight, they said it was easy to book and was no problem discussing the best dates and times over the phone. It was an incredible experience and they loved every minute. Would definitely recommend.
