To be honest if I could I will give them 0 stars. My sister ordered balloons for my wedding anniversary and they were all half dead. One of the balloons said Mr&Mr instead of Mr&Mrs, 2 other balloons we ordered were half dead. We called in to report this and TONY was very rude. He didn’t want to listen to what we had to say instead he started swearing and getting rude. This customer service is very unacceptable, he turned the phone off on us and didn’t answer our call after.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE ! They are a big disappointment!

Ordered some 16th birthday balloons. They were beautiful. Reasonably priced. Really well done. Team was really helpful. They delivered them to my door when I realised they would not fit in my car. Highly recommended.

A nice local store, was quite when I went in today I believe it was just before closing time. I got two helium balloons for my boys. Unfortunately an hour later one of the balloons air started to come out and began to deflate So a bit disappointed as I expected it to at least last a day if not more. Customer service and interaction was good 👍

Never again.
Really disappointing how bad customer service can make such an impact- I will never be back in the shop again. Could be so much better if they had staff with a small amount of service experience or training.
I am 37 weeks pregnant, made a click and collect order for one balloon to the retail store in Dagenham. The staff had no record of the order and kept talking about the wholesalers being closed. Stood for 45 mins, no apology or offer for seat or to cancel my order and to redo it. I really regret not just walking out and giving up on my order. They were so rude and unhelpful - seemed to be put out about my presence. I asked if I could just cancel the order - they couldn’t figure it out. There was a short haired blonde woman working there who came across really sharp and wouldn’t speak to me directly… really wierd experience.
Next time il be more than happy paying double somewhere else with prompt and friendly service

Edit: 1 yr after original review.. ordered online again, but only got told on collection one of the balloons were out of stock.. wish they told me as i ordered them 4 weeks in advance!!
Will be using them again as they are local but not will be using the website.

Ordered some balloons on their website for collection. Very happy with the service.

So I don't like to do this but customers should be made aware . I bought 15 latex gas balloons on the 22nd December expecting them to last/float in our living room for at least 4/5 days the next day 6 of the balloon were sitting on the floor .I went back to party box and explained what had happened and she said we only guarantee those latex floaters for a couple of days . She said that she had told myself and my wife this but this was definitely NOT case, we were never told this . She then showed me an A4 piece of paper which spelled out the terms and guarantees for the balloon types but this was never shown to us when we bought the balloons. I left not happy and with no satisfactory resolution as she would not accept any responsibility . If she had been kind enough to replace the balloons I was going to spend some more money in the shop to buy 2 foil balloons as a gesture showing that I appreciate her understanding.
Anyway the long and short of it is Do Not Buy any latex floating balloons unless you want them to use on the same day ! Not from this place anyway . I have bought latex balloons in the past from other shops and they last 14 days easily .

Absolutely disgusting customer service - no respect for the customer. The lady behind the tills simply refused to serve me for at least 30 mins as she was dealing with another customer despite the customer offering me to go first. I then wanted to just pay for a teddy and I was again told to wait for 30 mins. You might as well close the shop for 30 mins so that no new customers can come in, or have a notice outside saying 1 person at a time in the shop. Waste of time and appalled at the level of service received.

Party box went above and beyond. I’d like to thank them for there professionalism and how they helped me. I would definitely use them again, also highly recommend anyone to use there services. :)
Thank you for my balloon for my grandad in heaven. Very happy with it. :)
