Bought an expensive foil balloon for my daughters birthday only to find lees than 1 hour later it was flat. Brought back to be told that it must have been my fault even though 2 other balloons were in the same bag and were perfectly fine. There is no customer service, the quality is shockingly poor. Basically if you want balloons, look eksewhere and don't say you weren't warned about the shockinly unfit for purpose goods being sold and the even worse customer service!

I had great service here, owner is old school and very helpful.

Well happy will highly recommend we was messaging them over Facebook and keeped getting a fast response back just been there to pay for the stuff I ordered for my baby reveal tomorrow I'm well happy with the service

Great balloons, good value, lovely customer service

Had a baby reveal balloon from here. Paid £20 and was so pleased with it. Fantastic balloon! Came with a teddy and little gifts inside as well as the confetti. Decorated so lovely with added bows and balloons etc Highly recommend! The best baby reveal balloon I’ve seen, everyone was talking about it at the party. And lovely ladies working there. 🎀💗🍼🧸🎉🍾
