Great Indian just a shame we live in Nottingham! Fresh authentic Indian food served by great staff who are attentive but not over bearing. Good portion sizes and even better less than £40 for 2 starters 2 mains a side and a garlic naan and 2 pints of orange juice! We will return soon, recommended to lover's of great Indian food.

Used to love the food from here but the take away/ delivery service is quite bad, and to top it all they overcharged my Husband at the door. A £22.15 order (that did include delivery) and we got charged £23 and stupidly because my Husband didn't know he gave them £25 and told the delivery guy to keep the change making a cold meal that wasn't what we ordered very expensive! The meal was 10-15 mins late, wrong order and cold food. This has happened twice now and I have complained. Won't be going back or ordering from here again or trust the delivery driver not to rob us blind!

I do not know where to begin with how bad this place was. This was the first and only time I will visit this embarrassment. We booked in advance for 7 pm on Saturday for 9, as it was a birthday for one of our family members. We arrived and sat down by 7.10 pm.

Typically, you go to a restaurant, and they ask if you want a drink and take your order. We had to ask four times if we could get a drink over 20 minutes.

Our starters took over an hour to come. OVER AN HOUR. We had to ask the waiter where our food was, who had no clue what was going on with our table even though he took our order. The restaurant has ten sets of tables. How do they not know?

It was very apparent that they care more about their takeaway customer than their dine-in ones; several tables were heard asking where their food was? They had another table WALK OUT because they waited over an hour and a half for food, but takeaways kept going out the door.

After 2 hours our mains FINALLY arrived, all but one of the people. We had to ask where this was. The food was pretty bland. I had a medium/hot dish, and my partner, who cannot tolerate spice, said she could eat that with no problem.

The "manager" seemed a slight tone deaf and blind to the embarrassing situation in the restaurant and asked how everything was for us, no apology for the seer lack of basic restaurant service. One of our party members spoke to him privately, and as a result, we got a measly £15 off a £175 bill. As we were about to wrap it up and finally leave after nearly 3 hours, another waiter asked us how the food was. I cannot fathom why you would do that when the night has been a disaster.

I urge anyone reading to avoid this place; you will be better off spending your money on a more deserving place than this place.

We arrived at the restaurant Saturday 19th November for a birthday meal, sat down and no even came to see if we wanted a drink we had to ask them a very rude young girl took our drinks order ,then again no one came to take our order ,they were more concerned about takeaway orders , we were eventually offered poppadoms which we had ,still no one came to take our main order ,we had to ask them again, the young girl waitress kept giving us dirty looks ,so we then we would pay for what we had had and left spoiling our whole night ,would not recommend this place to anyone

I took my brother there on Friday. Madras was delicious. I live in Enderby and I'll quite happily drive to Barrow on Soar which is 30-minute drive to get a takeaway
